In Windows 10, you must use Internet Explorer to access the Canaccord Remote Access page. The default browser (Edge) will NOT work.
To find Internet Explorer in Windows 10 you can search for it by typing in the search field beside the Start button. You can then right click and “Pin [the icon] to taskbar” or the “Start [Menu]”.
